Reel Fun Sportfishing Charters fishes the waters of Sandy Hook, NJ and all the surrounding bays, rivers and the Atlantic Ocean
in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

We specialize in light tackle sportfishing for:

Stripers, Weakfish, Bluefish, Fluke
Albacore, Bonito, Sea Bass & Blackfish

We don't use heavy "telephone pole" type rods,
big cumbersome reels and 40 lb test line.
We use lightweight St. Croix Rods, Penn International 965 Reels
and 15 - 20 lb. test Berkley Big Game line.
Since we are light tackle specialists, we don't troll with wire line.
But if we have to, we will troll braided line using deep diving plugs.
